I am a Professor at the School of Computer Science, Wuhan University. I lead the Medical Foundation Models & Embodied Intelligence Lab. My research focuses on Vision Foundation Models, Multimodal Large Language Models, and their applications in Medical Embodied AI (e.g., ultrasound robotics).

Previously, I was a Research Fellow at the University of Sydney (2019โ€“2024), advised by Prof. Dacheng Tao. I received my PhD from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), advised by Prof. Zengfu Wang.
